Clean spills immediately with a gentle washcloth or paper towel. Use mild dish soap to clean surface, never us abrasive materials. Optional of mineral oil once a week or once a month. Another light solution is mixing water and vinegar to remove bacterial off the surface. Do not use sharp tools directly on the surface.
Urethane Finish
Clean the surface with a light mix of water and vinegar. Dust with a microfiber cloth, and never use oil or polish on Urethane surfaces. Try to keep the object in a moderate temperature and free of moisture. Avoid direct sunlight, which can fade the Urethane coating. Never apply wax, oil, or cleaners containing ammonia.
